Brandy practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, estate and trust litigation, and agricultural and business law.  She has represented individual and business clients in both state and federal court throughout all phases of litigation.  Brandy also has transaction experience in the areas of business formation, corporate counseling and governance, contracting, and physician practice acquisitions.

Brandy is a native of Oakdale, graduating as valedictorian from Oakdale High School, where she served as a member of the VOL Champion Varsity Tennis Team and County Champion Academic Decathlon Team.  She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010, graduating with high honors in Legal Studies and English Literature.  While attending U.C. Berkeley, Brandy worked as a legal and financial assistant for the Law Office of Marilyn Kaplan, representing community college districts and non-profit organizations throughout Northern California.  After graduating from U.C. Berkeley, Brandy was selected as a member of the prestigious Capital Fellows Program, serving as a Judicial Administration Fellow.  There, she participated in local court administration, policy making, and served on various committees of the Administrative Office of the Courts.

Brandy completed her legal education at the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law.
During law school, Brandy’s legal coursework included business law and litigation.  Brandy also served as a law clerk in the Housing Practice division of the East Bay Community Law Center, where she offered her legal services pro bono to over 100 low-income clients involved in a variety of housing and landlord-tenant matters. Brandy also participated in the Coalition for Diversity Law School Admissions Conference.  In 2016, Brandy joined the firm of Rodarakis & Sousa as a litigation associate.
